*What is pzl nails cancellation policy ?

You can cancel an order if that have not yet shipped can be cancelled. If you received a tracking number via email – you cannot cancel or modify the order; your order has been marked as shipped. Contact us via call or email. This includes items purchased on sale also. Any amount paid will be credited into the same payment mode using which the payment was made. If you need to change your order because you entered the wrong address you must call us immediately at (787-247-2810), Monday-Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm EST.

*How do I cancel my order?

You need to write us an email at support@pzlnailssupply.com or call us, in order to cancel the order. Be sure to have your order number available when you call. Please keep in mind that we can’t cancel or affect an order once it has entered the shipping process. That’s why it’s important to contact us by phone right away before we start to process your order.

*I just cancelled my order , when will I get my money back ?

If you had placed the order using payments made via Credit Card, Debit Card, or Wallets you will receive refund (including Shipping Charges) into the source account within 3-7 business days from the time of order cancellation. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
