*What is pzl nails cancellation policy?

You can cancel an order if it hasn’t shipped yet. Once you’ve received a tracking number by email, the order is marked as shipped and can’t be canceled or modified. This applies to sale items as well. Any amount paid will be credited back to the original payment method. If you need to change your order due to an incorrect address, email us right away at support@pzlnailssupply.com.

*How do I cancel my order?

If you wish to cancel your order, please email support@pzlnailssupply.com with your order number. Please note that it is not possible to cancel or modify an order once it has been submitted, so we suggest you contact us as soon as possible before we process it.

*I just cancelled my order, when will I get my money back?

If you had placed the order using payments made via Credit Card, Debit Card, or Wallets you will receive refund (including Shipping Charges) into the source account within 3-7 business days from the time of order cancellation. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
