RETURNS, EXCHANGES & REFUNDS
We have a 10-day return policy on some products, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Exchanges
If applicable, exchanges will be made only if the items are faulty, and the exchange request must be made within 10 days of receiving your order. The item will be replaced with the original item purchased. No substitutions will be granted. The item will be inspected upon receipt, and an email will be sent to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange. If approved, your new order will be processed within 72 hours
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, you can contact us at support@pzlnailssupply.com. If your return is accepted, you must return the items by mail to the address HC-02 Box 7437 Orocovis, P.R. 00720. If you returned the items to us without requesting the return first, it will not be accepted.
*Note: PZL NAILS is not responsible for return shipping fees. PZL NAILS is not responsible for lost or untraceable return shipments. We recommend mailing your return using a carrier that offers tracking services.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or the wrong item is received so we can assess the problem and correct it. If the merchandise is damaged, Pzl Nails is NOT responsible for lost, stolen, damaged or delayed packages. Please contact the United States Postal Service (1-800-275-8777) to report all claims. If there is an error or delay on our part, we will do our best to correct it. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for any shipping fees associated with resending the package. If we ship the wrong item, we will reship it at our expense using the same shipping method as your original order. You must notify us of any incorrect or missing items within 3 days of receiving your shipment.
If at any time the product you ordered is not available, we will contact you by phone, email or both to see if you are interested in a replacement product. If this is not a feasible option for you and you wish to cancel your order entirely, we will issue your payment as a refund immediately.
Exceptions / non-returnable items

Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will automatically be refunded to your original payment method. Your refund will appear within 3 to 7 business days, depending on your bank. It may take longer for your financial institution to process the transaction and update your bank statement. Please remember that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund as well.
