How long does it take to process and ship orders?

Packages will be processed and shipped within 1-3 business days of order placement once payment is cleared. All packages will be shipped via USPS.

​Where is my order?

Tracking numbers will be emailed to you once your package has been shipped.

Can I make changes to my order after it has been submitted?

You may contact us prior to the shipment of your order and if it still hasn't been shipped, we will make the necessary changes.

How do I cancel my order?

You need to write us an email at support@pzlnailssupply.com or call us, in order to cancel the order. Be sure to have your order number available when you call. Please keep in mind that we can’t cancel or affect an order once it has entered the shipping process. That’s why it’s important to contact us by phone right away before we start to process your order.

I just cancelled my order, when will I get my money back?

If you had placed the order using payments made via Credit Card, Debit Card, or Wallets you will receive refund (including Shipping Charges) into the source account within 5-7 business days from the time of order cancellation. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Do you ship internationally?

No, we ship to the United States and P.R.

When will I receive my order?

It should not take more than 7 days to arrive. It depends on your country.

Does your location offer in-store pickup?

You can pick up your items in-store, and we’ll send you an email when your order is ready. This option is available only for customers in Puerto Rico.

I received the wrong product. What can I do?

If you think you received the wrong product, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the product.
