Packages will be processed and shipped within 1-3 business days of order placement once payment is cleared. All packages will be shipped via USPS.

Tracking numbers will be emailed to you once your package has been shipped.

You may contact us prior to the shipment of your order and if it still hasn't been shipped, we will make the necessary changes.

You need to write us an email at support@pzlnailssupply.com or call us, in order to cancel the order. Be sure to have your order number available when you call. Please keep in mind that we can’t cancel or affect an order once it has entered the shipping process. That’s why it’s important to contact us by phone right away before we start to process your order.

If you had placed the order using payments made via Credit Card, Debit Card, or Wallets you will receive refund (including Shipping Charges) into the source account within 5-7 business days from the time of order cancellation. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
