Pre-Order Policy
Thank you for choosing to secure your items ahead of their official release. By placing a Pre-Order, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. What is a Pre-Order?
A pre-order is an item that is currently in production or has a future release date but is not yet in our physical inventory. Placing a pre-order ensures you are among the first to receive the product once it arrives at our warehouse.
2. Payment Terms

Immediate Payment: Payment is captured in full at the time of checkout to secure your reservation.

Price Guarantee: If the price of the item increases after you place your pre-order, we will honor the original price at which you purchased.
3. Shipping and Delivery Dates

Estimated Shipping: Each pre-order item features an Estimated Shipping Date on its product page.

Potential Delays: Please note that these dates are estimates provided by manufacturers and are subject to change due to production or logistics delays. We will notify you via email of any significant changes (more than 10 business days) to the expected timeline.
4. Mixed Orders (In-Stock + Pre-Order Items)
If your order contains both currently available items and pre-order items:

Single Shipment: By default, your entire order will be held and shipped together once the pre-order item is available.

Split Shipment: If you need the in-stock items immediately, we recommend placing two separate orders.
5. Cancellation & Refund Policy
We do not offer cash, credit card, or original-payment-method refunds for pre-ordered items.

Store Credit Only: If you wish to cancel your pre-order before it ships, or if you return the item once received (subject to our standard Return Policy), you will be issued Store Credit for the full amount paid.

No Exceptions: This policy helps us manage our inventory commitments with suppliers. By completing your purchase, you agree to these terms.
