• Free Shipping: Standard shipping is automatically free on all domestic U.S. orders of $100 or more (calculated post-discounts and pre-tax).

Address Accuracy & Order Modifications

• Please review your recipient's name, shipping address, and contact details carefully before submitting your order.
• To ensure fast turnaround times, our fulfillment system begins processing orders immediately. Once an order is confirmed, we cannot modify addresses, edit quantities, or make cancellations.
• We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrectly provided addresses or returned due to insufficient address details.

Delivery Estimates & Delays

• Estimated Delivery: Transit times provided at checkout are estimates determined by USPS and are not guaranteed arrival dates.
• Carrier Delays: Shipping fees are non-refundable in the event of delays caused by USPS transit interruptions or circumstances beyond our control, including severe weather, peak holiday volume, or natural events.
• Planning Ahead: For time-sensitive purchases, we strongly recommend placing orders well in advance to account for potential carrier transit delays.

Where is my order?

Order Tracking & Carrier Responsibility

• Tracking Confirmation: Once your order ships, an automated shipping confirmation containing your official USPS tracking number will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking details to update in the carrier system.
• Carrier Liability: Once an order is transferred into the custody of the United States Postal Service, Pzl Nails is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, or delayed packages.
• Filing Claims: For missing shipments, delivery discrepancies, or transit damage, please contact USPS Customer Care directly at 1-800-275-8777 or submit an inquiry through the official USPS claims portal.
• Returned & Undeliverable Packages: If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, insufficient recipient information, or failed delivery attempts, the customer is responsible for all associated reshipment postage fees before the package can be re-dispatched.
