Packages will be processed and shipped within 1-3 business days of order placement once payment is cleared. All packages will be shipped via USPS.
Please verify your name, shipping address and other information before paying. Once the transaction is complete, it cannot be changed.
Delivery times are estimates and not an exact guarantee. There will be no shipping fee refunds for delivery delays caused by USPS or circumstances beyond our control such as bad weather, holidays, natural disasters, etc. Make sure you have enough time to place the order.
Where is my order?
Tracking numbers will be emailed to you once your package has been shipped. Once packages are delivered to the USPS, Pzl Nails is NOT responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, or delayed packages. Please contact the United States Postal Service (1-800-275-8777) to report all claims. In the event that a package is returned or undeliverable for any reason, the customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipment.
